Social media trends are changing the way businesses operate. In fact, managing social accounts is one of our most popular client requests. Looking to fill this ask efficiently and effectively, Orange Umbrella’s strategy department planned a social media bootcamp for our client, University of Miami Libraries, who wanted to revamp the social media presence of seven on-campus library entities.

On November 14, 2019, a “Slice of Advice” was born. Employees from UM Libraries joined us in the Interactive Media Center for a 3-hour workshop. Throughout the session, students and advisors pitched their tips, tricks and tailored strategies to each library representative. The feedback and collaboration made this one of the most successful Orange Umbrella events to-date. Clients walked away having been given the tools and strategies to effectively put their social media channels to work for them.
